Following up ‘Girl Going Nowhere’ wasn’t going to be an easy task but Ashley McBryde proved she was more than capable of besting her debut on ‘Never Will’. Leading with the catchy ‘One Night Standards’, McBryde leaned into her rockier side, which was fully unleashed on standout track ‘Voodoo Doll’. Other highlights include ‘Martha Divine’, ‘Shut Up Sheila’ and ‘Stone’.
