If you want to avoid spoilers for season seven then we suggest you stop reading now.

The second episode is written by Bryan Cogman with Mark Mylod in the director’s chair for the first time this season. The episode is titled Stormborn, which we presume is a reference to Daenerys. The synopsis for the episode is:

Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) receives an unexpected visitor. Jon (Kit Harington) faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros.

The images reveal a few things to expect from the episode. There’s one of Jon Snow (Kit Harington) talking to Littlefinger (Aiden Gillen). It’s not clear what they are talking about but Jon looks a little concerned (as usual) and Littlefinger looks a bit smug (as usual). The preview trailer showed someone grabbing Littlefinger by the throat, could this mean that its Jon?

In the map room at Dragonstone, Dany (Emilia Clarke) and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) appear to be joined by Yara Greyjoy (Gemma Whelan) and Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma). The preview trailer showed Yara and Ellaria sharing a kiss, could it be love?

At the Citadel, Sam (John Bradley-West) is talking to Archmaester Ebrose (Jim Broadbent). Sam is carrying some books, is he helping Ebrose or quizzing him on his recent discovery?

At Winterfell, we see Jon Snow and Ser Davos (Liam Cunningham) on horseback. It looks like they are off on a trip. Could Jon be going to bend the knee to Cersei (Lena Headey)? Or maybe he’s off to pay a visit to Dany at Dragonstone!

There’s an image of Sansa (Sophie Turner) and we’re guessing she’s watching Jon leave. Has Jon left her in charge and what will she get up to while he’s gone?

Arya (Maisie Williams) looks to be sat in a tavern. She looks a little worried, maybe Ed Sheeran has had one too many? There’s also an image of Arya on horseback looking over her shoulder. Maybe she’s about to leave the Lannister soldiers behind?
