It seems that the recent death of a major character in Family Guy may not be a permanent fixture if Internet rumours are to be believed.

Since Brian Griffin was killed off in Family Guy in the US at the weekend, the Internet has been rife with speculation and upset from fans of the show. The official line from the showrunners has been that the move was a permanent one but it seems they may have pulled a fast one.
Rumours suggest that Brian will be resurrected in the Christmas episode of the show. The synopsis for the episode is ‘Stewie hatches a plan to get ‘the one and only thing he wants for Christmas.’ Surely it has to be Brian right?
A site has popped up claiming to be from FOX (although the network deny it) suggesting an announcement from Brian will be made later today. You can check out the site at www.briansannouncement.com
