Voting closed on New Year’s Eve for our Polls of the Year and every day this week we’re going to be revealing the winners.
Adam Lambert is our first winner picking up Album of the Year for his 2015 release The Original High. He won by a landslide picking up a whopping 95% of the vote.
Out of our Top 10 shortlisted albums, only 5 picked up any votes from our readers. In second place was One Direction’s Made in the AM, the group’s fifth studio album and potentially their last ever as the band are now on hiatus, whilst joining for third place with 1% of the vote are Adele’s record-breaking 25, James Bay’s Chaos and the Calm, and Madonna’s Rebel Heart.
Picking up no votes were Coldplay ā A Head Full of Dreams, Jess Glynne ā I Cry When I Laugh, Justin Bieber ā Purpose, Little Mix ā Get Weird and The Weeknd ā Beauty Behind the Madness.
