Recently we asked EF readers to pick their favourite Celine Dion album to celebrate the reissue of two of her finest albums, Let’s Talk About Love and Falling Into You, on vinyl.
The votes came in thick and fast and there are a few surprises. 8 of Dion’s releases received no votes at all including a variety of her early releases and 2004’s Anne Geddes collaboration Miracle.
Topping the chart with 26% of the vote was 1996’s Falling Into You, which housed mega hits such as It’s All Coming Back To Me Now, Falling Into You, Because You Loved Me and All By Myself.
In second place was 2002’s A New Day Has Come which just pipped 1998’s Let’s Talk About Love taking 13% of the vote compared to the latter’s 12%.
We thought that 1993’s The Colour of My Love would have been higher in the chart and only one French-language album, 1995’s D’eux, made the Top 5.
