There’s no surprise that ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Movie’ is number one. The juggernaut franchise spawned this standalone movie, which was the first in the ‘Star Wars’ anthology series. Mikkelsen played Galen Erso, Jyn’s (Felicity Jones) father and a research scientist, in the big budget, special effects laden extravaganza. With takings of over $1 billion at the global box office, this film is by far Mikkelsen’s biggest box office hit.
