Manchester Black (David Ajala) broke out of prison with The Hat (Louis Ozawa Changchien) and Menagerie (Jessica Meraz) on the latest episode of Supergirl.

Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) joined forces with Nia (Nicole Maines), Brainy (Jesse Rath), Alex (Chyler Leigh) and J’onn (David Harewood) to stop the trio, known as The Elite, but during the fight Supergirl discovered that a satellite set-up to destroy alien ships had been reprogrammed to destroy the White House.

She managed to redirect it and destroy it, saving the President (Bruce Boxleitner) in the process.

Manchester managed to flee from the fight with the Legion ring he stole from Brainy.

Meanwhile Alex started to distrust the President after he took action against protocol without informing or consulting the DEO. She also offered to help Lena (Katie McGrath) with anything she needed now that Lena was researching her technology for the DEO.

Elsewhere Brainy trained Nia at the Fortress of Solitude, and Ben (Sam Witwer) was offered to be Director of Alien Affairs by the President.

The next episode of the season is Stand and Deliver. The aliens decide to have their own peaceful protest, when Lockwood organises a rally. Meanwhile, Brainiac and J’onn join the alien march and Supergirl and Dreamer work to protect everyone.
