91st Oscars: The Favourite and Roma lead the nominations

The nominations for the 91st Academy Awards aka the Oscars have been revealed today.

Hosted by Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick) and Tracee Ellis Ross (Black-ish), the nominees for this year’s awards were announced live from Hollywood. The Favourite and Roma led this year’s nominations with 10 each.

A Star Is Born and Vice picked up eight each and Black Panther was nominated in seven categories. Black Panther has become the first superhero movie to be nominated for Best Picture.
