Our Christmas Movies A to Z continues today and for C we’re going with a brand new film, The Christmas Chronicles.
Debuting on Netflix last month, The Christmas Chronicles stars Kurt Russell as Santa Claus. The film follows brother and sister Teddy (Judah Lewis) and Kate (Darby Camp) who accidentally crash Santa’s sleigh and throw Christmas into jeopardy.
The Christmas Chronicles is yet another smash from Netflix, which seems to single-handedly be bringing back good old-fashioned family films. The streaming platform has been impressing all year with its original movies and has revived the rom-com genre too.
Alongside Kurt Russell, the cast also includes Oliver Hudson (Scream Queens), Kimberly Williams-Paisley (Nashville), Lamorne Morris (New Girl) and a cameo from Russell’s wife Goldie Hawn (Private Benjamin).

Another good choice for C is The Christmas List, which is also known in some parts of the world as Naughty or Nice. The film stars Hilarie Burton (One Tree Hill) and Matt Dallas (Kyle XY) and is a fun, light-hearted film about a woman named Krissie Kringle who finds herself in possession of Santa’s naughty or nice book.
