Dannii Minogue has made her long-awaited return to music by releasing new single Galaxy.
Written for Minogue by superstar singer-songwriter Sia, Galaxy is available to stream and download now. The music video is a simple affair with Minogue performing to camera in a variety of eye-catching outfits.

Talking about her return to music Minogue said, “Music is fun for me now. I’ve set it up so I can do fun things like tours and releasing music, yet do it sporadically, because I don’t want to be a slave to it. I need everything to revolve around me having a life, being a mother and home time. Galaxy is about feeling the joy and the happiness. Sending my version of the song to Sia was really nerve-wrecking, but she really liked it.”
Minogue is currently touring Australia with Take That. She’s been posting plenty of footage and photos up on her official Instagram account keeping fans across the world in the loop about what she’s up to.
The singer’s last studio album Club Disco was released in 2007 and she’s made infrequent returns to music since then. Let’s hope this new song and the Take That tour will lead to a new album next year!
