Dannii Minogue has made a welcome return to music with “Thinking ‘Bout Us” with Autone, and the new video for the track will be nostalgic for fans.
The (mostly) black-and-white clip recreates sequences from several of Minogue’s previous hits including ‘All I Wanna Do’ and ‘I Begin To Wonder’. See how many nods to the past you can pick out by watching the video at the top of this article.
“Thinking ‘Bout Us” is Minogue’s first new music since 2023’s ‘We Could Be The One’, which was the theme tune to the dating show she fronted for the BBC ‘I Kissed a Boy’. The series will return with the new name ‘I Kissed a Girl’ at some point this year.
Minogue hasn’t released an album since 2007’s ‘Club Disco’ but in the years since then she’s released a number of one-off singles. Whether or not “Thinking ‘Bout Us” will lead to a new record or not, we don’t know, but fingers crossed there’s more new music on the way.
