Thirty Seconds to Mars have released the lyric video for their new single Walk on Water.
The track, which was released today, is the band’s first in four years. It’s now available to stream and download across digital platforms. Walk on Water is the first single from Thirty Seconds to Mars’ upcoming fifth album.
“Walk on Water is a song for all of us. It’s a song about freedom, about persistence, about change and about fighting for what you believe in. It is a call to arms but also full of all the optimism and hope that is such an integral part of the American Dream,” said Jared Leto.
Thirty Seconds to Mars will give the song its television debut at the MTV VMAs on the 27th August 2017. Walk on Water will be used by sports channel ESPN on their college football programming for the 2017 season.
