Dean Brody & Brett Kissel lead 2016 CCMA nominations

The nominees for the 2016 Canadian Country Music Association Awards have been announced.

Dean Brody picks up five nominations ahead of this year’s awards tying with Brett Kissel who also received five nominations. Gord Bamford follows with four nominations as does Johnny Reid, Dallas Smith and The Washboard Union.

With three nominations each are Cold Creek, Jess Moskaluke and Bobby Willis.

The 2016 CCMA Awards Show takes place on Sunday 11th September 2016 and will be hosted by television personality Jessi Cruickshank.
