Outcast, the new horror drama series based on Robert Kirkman’s (The Walking Dead) graphic novels, arrives in the UK tonight on FOX.
Starring Patrick Fugit, Philip Glenister, Wrenn Schmidt, David Denman, Julia Crockett, Kate Lyn Sheil and Reg E. Cathey, the 10 episode first season is an exorcism thriller.
Outcast follows Kyle Barnes (Fugit), a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson (Glenister), a preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost. But what Kyle discovers could change his fate — and the fate of the world — forever.
The first episode of the season is A Darkness Surrounds Him. Plagued by possession all his life, and living in self-imposed exile, Kyle confronts a possession case and begins to delve into the secrets of his past.
