Oscar winners Double Negative, a leading Visual Effects company in the UK, have re-created the stunning world of Ex_Machina using Samsung Gear VR, powered by Oculus.
Last week they invited press along to enter the enthralling realm of main characters Ava (Alicia Vikander), through the eyes of Caleb (Domhnall Gleeson). The fascinating, interactive technology provided an insight into the visualisation of Ava, placing attendees into the body of character Caleb for an immersive compelling experience to prompt debate and engage discussion around the future of AI.
The event coincided with the release of Ex-Machina – out now on Blu-ray, DVD and Download.
