Three episodes in and maybe Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) isn’t as astute as she likes us to think she is.
In the latest episode of How To Get Away With Murder Annalise took on the case of soccer mom Paula Murphy (Ana Ortiz) who turned out to be a terrorist in love with the man who brainwashed her. The case was put on hold when Paula did a runner with her former lover after he got out of prison.
Elsewhere in the episode Rebecca (Katie Findlay) took the fall for Lila’s murder, Conor (Jack Falahee) caused trouble with Michaela (Aja Naomi King) by revealing he’d been intimate with her fiancee and Nate (Billy Brown) found out that Sam’s (Tom Verica) alibi was a lie but with-held the truth from Annalise.
In the flashforward the group realised they needed alibis to get away with murder and took photos of themselves at the bonfire.
The next episode of the season is Let’s Get To Scooping. Annalise takes on the new case of an old friend who is being accused of fraud and who is insisting that she is innocent and being framed.
