Under The Dome served up an almight twist in the last episode when it was revealed that there is a way out of the dome after all.
Sam (Eddie Cahill) seemingly fell to his death a couple of weeks back but in actuality he’d fallen into a gateway that took him to neighbouring town Zenith. During the latest episode Barbie (Mike Vogel) went looking for Sam and was pulled into the Gateway leaving Julia (Rachelle Lefevre) thinking he was dead. Barbie, like Sam, found himself in Zenith and being chased by thugs he owes money to.
Elsewhere Joe (Colin Ford) discovered that the caves under the school may get them out of the dome, and Lyle (Dwight Yoakam) had also arrived in Zenith but had seemingly lost his mind.
The next episode of the season is Awakening. Barbie discovers that his father knows more about the Dome than he is letting on. Julia doubts the veracity of an email. Big Jim (Dean Norris) appoints himself sheriff.
