Lily Rose announces new EP and drops two tracks now

Singer-songwriter Lily Rose is set to make a triumphant return with her highly-anticipated EP, ‘Runnin’ Outta Time,’ scheduled for release on Friday, May 10. Following in the footsteps of her critically acclaimed debut, Rose’s latest project promises to captivate audiences with its blend of country swagger and hip-hop influences.

The EP, a six-song collection, is already generating buzz with the surprise release of two instant grat tracks, ‘Parking Lot’ and ‘True North.’ These tracks offer a sneak peek into Rose’s musical evolution, showcasing her distinctive style praised by industry giants like Billboard, Rolling Stone, and more.

Expressing her excitement for the upcoming release, Rose stated, “All I’ve ever wanted to do is write and perform songs just like these. These six songs are the most honest and accurate representation of who I am as an artist. It’s been a journey, and I’m thrilled to finally share my music with the world.”

‘Runnin’ Outta Time’ promises to reveal Rose’s personal journey and beliefs through a series of introspective tracks. Co-written by Rose herself, the EP captures the essence of Saturday-night energy and Sunday-morning reflection, offering listeners a glimpse into the artist’s life and experiences.

Last Friday saw the release of ‘True North’ along with its official music video. Co-written by Rose, Trannie Anderson, Hillary Lindsey, and David Garcia, the song takes listeners on a nostalgic journey through Rose’s hometown in Georgia, celebrating the idea of slowing down and reconnecting with one’s roots.

Accompanying ‘True North’ is ‘Parking Lot,’ a catchy anthem that transports listeners back to the carefree moments of their youth. Written by Rose, Lindsay Rimes, and John Pierce, the song captures the essence of small-town life and the memories made in familiar places.
