Mariah Carey may be currently wowing audiences in Las Vegas with her ‘The Celebration of Mimi‘ show but she's already got her eye on Christmas.
The diva has just announced the date's for her ‘Christmas Time' North American tour, which will take place throughout November and December this year. The run will coincide with the 30th anniversary of her iconic number one smash ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You' and parent album ‘Merry Christmas', and Carey has teased ‘many surprises' to come on her social media accounts.
The new tour will feature 20 dates beginning on 6th November in Highland, California. It will run throughout November and December before coming to an end on 17th December at Barclay Arena in Brooklyn. The tour follows on from last year's ‘Merry Christmas One and All!‘ tour, which saw the singer perform 15 dates and sell 214,000 tickets.
No doubt Carey will add more weeks at number one this festive season with her timeless classic ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You'. The song returned to number one again in 2023 and with it having its 30th anniversary this year, there'll be a big push to top the charts again we're sure.
Tickets for Mariah Carey's ‘Christmas Time' tour will go on sale on Friday 9th August at 10am local time.
