Country-Soul singer-songwriter Drake White has released his soaring new single ‘Nights on Fire,' a track that captures the rush of youthful nostalgia and small-town magic with an anthemic punch. Co-written with hitmaker Phil O’Donnell, who also produced the track, ‘Nights on Fire' made its international debut on BBC Radio 2’s The Country Show with Bob Harris.
From the first shimmering piano notes and strummed chords, the song builds into a sweeping anthem that feels both intimate and larger-than-life. White paints a vivid picture of Southern nights filled with honeysuckle air, riverbanks, and restless dreams, before launching into a powerful refrain that burns with emotion and freedom. A searing guitar solo lifts the track to its peak, underscoring the song’s uplifting spirit and cementing it as one of White’s most passionate releases to date.
The new single arrives during a busy season for White, who recently previewed his documentary The Hunts the Healing at a Nashville premiere ahead of its September 21 release on Realtree’s YouTube channel. He is also gearing up for his second Benefit For The Brain concert at the Ryman Auditorium on November 17, an event supporting military mental health, pediatric brain wellness, and innovative stroke recovery programs.
‘Nights on Fire' follows the sun-soaked single ‘Nuthin’ But a Smile,' and both tracks offer a glimpse of the optimism, grit, and soul White is carrying with him into his KEEP IT MOVIN’ TOUR, which will see him headline shows across North America and join Riley Green on the road through the end of 2025.
