Crowded House will launch new album ‘Gravity Stairs’ with a headline show at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 13th June 2024.

The news of the headline show follows the release of new single ‘Oh Hi’, the lead track from ‘Gravity Stairs’. The song has a deep connection to Finnās support forĀ So They Can, an international nonprofit focused on building schools in remote parts of Kenya and Tanzania.
āIām hoping the song comes across without needing to know the backstory,ā Finn says, ābut itās very much inspired by these incredible kids and their magnificence.ā
‘Gravity Stairs’ is Crowded House’s first album since 2021’s ‘Dreamers Are Waiting’ and their eighth studio album overall. It was produced by the band with Steven Schram.
āItās a metaphor for getting a little older and becoming aware of your own mortality, your own physicality,ā Finn says. āThings are getting a little harder, and thereās more determination needed to get to the top, but thereās still the same compulsion to climb them.ā
