DJ and producer Jax Jones has teamed up with Irish producer and DJ Robbie G for new track ‘Forever’, which is out now.
‘Forever’ is the first single to be lifted from Jones’ forthcoming 2024 EP,Ā ‘Midnight Snacks’Ā dedicated to club music. ‘Forever’ is described as ‘an anthem that resonates with the beating heart of a generation’.
JonesĀ says: “Sometimes I hit a dead end with my creativity and I struggle to get past it but if you can push through, there’s a chance you’ll make something special. Robbie G really inspires me as he has been putting in work on his music forever and has an amazing fighting spirit to keep going.Ā
“The day we made ‘Forever’; it wasn’t the intention. I was in the studio writing with Biss & Jax on a track that Jazzy was on, and once we wrapped up we were just messing around making some bits no strings attached and Jax showed me the record and said he’d love to hear a Dublin accent spoken word type piece on it, and before we knew it I was in the booth preaching on the mic, it actually became a sick record,”Ā Robbie GĀ adds.
‘Forever’ follows Jones’ string of hits including “Won’t Forget You” with Ina Wroldsen, which has surpassed 6 million views on TikTok alone.
