‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’ will crash into cinemas in March 2024 and today the teaser trailer has been released the film.
Alongside returning cast members Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor and Logan Kim, the cast includes Kumail Nanjiani and Patton Oswalt. The original ‘Ghostbusters’ cast is part of the film too with Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson and Annie Potts reprising their roles too.
In ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
The film is directed by Gil Kenan and written by Jason Reitman & Gil Kenan. It is based on the 1984 film ‘Ghostbusters’ an Ivan Reitman film written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis.
‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’ is the sequel to ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ and it will arrive in cinemas on 29th March 2024.
