A brand new trailer is here for ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire‘ and it gives fans of the franchise their best look at the new film yet.
The original Ghostbusters are front and centre in the new trailer with even Janine (Annie Potts) donning the iconic team costume. Director Gil Kenan will continue to bring worlds together in the new film as the cast of ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ team up with the originals, minus the late Harold Ramis who played Egon.
Written by Kenan and Jason Reitman, the film is based on the 1984 film ‘Ghostbusters’ by Ivan Reitman and written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis. The cast includes Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, Celeste O’Connor, Logan Kim, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Annie Potts.
In ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’ will be released in cinemas on 22nd March 2024.
