3. ‘Patience’ (2006)
Before Take That released ‘Patience’, fans were a little nervous that the band wouldn’t capture the magic they had in the 90s. All those fears faded quickly when ‘Patience’ became their ninth number one single. Paying homage to the big ballads they did in the 90s, ‘Patience’ felt fresh and grown-up, and it gave the band a second life. It also ensured that ‘Beautiful World’ sold by the bucketload.
