āWe really wanted to capitalize on the true message behind the song that was built from different times in our lives and the stories from fans who have felt beat-down and lost, but ultimately find hope and redemption,ā said frontman Brandon Lancaster. “Every caption on that wall was an experience that person had to overcome, and when it was knocked down you could feel the genuine joy from everyone on the set. It was a powerful moment Iāll never forget.”
Rival is the first single taken from LANCO’s upcoming second album, the follow-up to their number one debut Hallelujah Nights. It is produced by Jay Joyce and written by Lancaster and drummer Tripp Howell.
This week LANCO kick off their headline UK tour starting 1st May at London’s O2 Academy Islington. They will have Bailey Bryan in tow to open the shows.
Following that the band is on tour with Luke Combs and performing at some of Country music’s biggest festivals.
