Games with Gold for May featured a good selection of free games for Xbox Live Gold members. Our picks of the bunch were Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and Vanquish.
On Xbox One in June, Xbox Live Gold members can download Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia all month. Then, from June 16th – July 15th, SMITE: Gold Bundle will also be available.
On Xbox 360 (and Xbox One via Backward Compatibility) players can download a copy of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed from June 1st until June 15th. This will then be switched to LEGO Indiana Jones 2 for the remainder of the month.

If you don’t own both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One you can still add all the games to your Xbox Live account.
Also, remember that even if you own a physical copy of the games on offer it’s still worth grabbing the free digital copy as you will then no longer need the disc to play. You could then pass your physical copy on to a friend or trade it in.
