GLAAD, the worldās largest LGBTQ media advocacy organisation, has announced the 2018 Concert for Love & Acceptance on 7th June at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville.
Taking place the night after the 2018 CMT Music Awards, the event will feature a coalition of artists and celebrities appearing and performing to accelerate acceptance for the LGBTQ community. Ty Herndon and CMT’s Cody Alan will host the event, with Herndon also performing.
There will also be performances from Terri Clark, Cassadee Pope, Michael Ray, Calum Scott, Brandon Stansell and more.
CMT will return as the event’s media sponsor, with support across its radio and social platforms. Additional support for the event is provided by Nissan.

The inaugural Concert for Love and Acceptance was held in 2015 to kick off GLAADās Southern Stories Tour and the second iteration was held in 2017. Artists who have supported the event include Reba McEntire, Chris Carmack, Crystal Gayle, Billy Gilman, Dana Goldberg, Kree Harrison, Mickey Guyton, Levi Hummon, Runaway June, Ryan Kinder, Meghan Lindsey, Street Corner Symphony, Thompson Square and Trent Harmon.
