Games with Gold for December featured a pretty good selection of free games for Xbox Live Gold members. Our pick of the bunch was Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide.
On Xbox One in January, Xbox Live Gold members can download The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III all month. Then, from January 16th – February 15th, Zombi will also be available.
On Xbox 360 (and Xbox One via Backward Compatibility) players can download a copy of Tomb Raider Underworld from January 1st until January 15th. This will then be switched to Army of Two for the remainder of the month.

Remember that even if you own a physical copy of the games on offer it’s still worth grabbing the free digital copy as you will then no longer need the disc to play. You could then pass your physical copy on to a friend or trade it in.
Also, if you don’t own both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One you can still add all the games to your Xbox Live account.
