Jungle starring Daniel Radcliffe gets December digital release

Jungle, starring Daniel Radcliffe, will be released for digital download on 22nd December 2017 by Signature Entertainment.

The digital release will be followed by a Blu-ray and DVD released on 1st January 2018. Based on true events, Jungle tells the story of one man’s 17-day fight for survival in the Amazon rainforest.

Jungle also stars Alex Russell (Chronicle), Joel Jackson (The Wrong Girl) and Thomas Kretschmann (The Avengers: Age of Ultron).

Young Israeli Yossi Ghinsberg (Radcliffe) leaves a safe future behind to chase an improbable dream in the mysterious depths of the Amazon rainforest. When he and two fellow adventurers, Kevin Gale (Russell) and Marcus Stamm (Jackson), meet the charismatic Karl Ruchprecter (Kretschmann) and follow him into the jungle, what begins as the realisation of a dream soon turns into a harrowing psychological fight for survival.

Jungle is directed by Greg McLean (Wolf Creek), who creates a tension-filled experience that is sure to leave you on the edge of your seat. The film is based on Ghinsbergā€™s book Jungle: A Harrowing True Story Of Survival.
