New Paddington 2 clips & trailer released

The bear is back for more madcap family fun and adventures.

A brand new clip has been released for Paddington 2, the brilliant follow-up to the family adventure Paddington.

Paddington 2 opens in cinemas on Friday 10th November.

The much-anticipated sequel to the worldwide hit family film finds Paddington happily settled with the Brown family in Windsor Gardens, where he has become a popular member of the community, spreading joy and marmalade wherever he goes.

While searching for the perfect present for his beloved Aunt Lucy’s 100th birthday, Paddington spots a unique pop-up book in Mr. Gruber’s antique shop, and embarks upon a series of odd jobs to buy it. But when the book is stolen, it’s up to Paddington and the Browns to unmask the thief…

Paddington 2 once again stars Hugh Bonneville (Viceroy’s House), Sally Hawkins (X+Y), Julie Walters (Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool), Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who), Jim Broadbent (Brooklyn), Samuel Joslin and Madeleine Harris (Paddington).

Ben Whishaw returns as the voice of Paddington Bear.

Joining the cast this time around is screen legend Hugh Grant, fresh from wowing audiences with his award-nominated performance in Florence Foster Jenkins.

Other supporting talent in Paddington 2 includes Brendan Gleeson, Michael Gambon, Daniel Stisen, Richard Ayoade, Jessica Hynes

Paddington is once again a Heyday Films and Studiocanal production, and his return to the big screen is again helmed by BAFTA nominated director Paul King (Paddington, Come Fly With Me, The Mighty Boosh) written by Paul King and Simon Farnaby (Paddington, Yonderland and Mindhorn).

Paddington 2 is produced by multi-award-winning David Heyman (producer of all eight of the Harry Potter films, Gravity, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them).
