Games with Gold for August featured a good selection of free games for Xbox Live Gold members. Our pick of the bunch was Trials Fusion.
On Xbox One in September, Xbox Live Gold members can grab a copy of Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year Edition. Then, from September 16th – October 15th, Oxenfree will be available to download.
On Xbox 360 (and Xbox One via Backward Compatibility) players can download a copy of Hydro Thunder Hurricane from September 1st until September 15th. This will then be switched for Battlefield 3 for the remainder of the month.

If you don’t own both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One you can still add all the games to your Xbox Live account.
Also, remember that even if you own a physical copy of the games on offer it’s still worth grabbing the free digital copy as you will then no longer need the disc to play. You could then pass your physical copy on to a friend or trade it in.
