Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) enlisted the help of those she trusted to take down Giuliana (Nia Long) on the latest episode of Empire.
Her aim was to carry out a heist on the Laviticus Casino in Las Vegas to get her hands on Giuliana’s ledgers. With the help of her sisters, Cookie pulled it off but when she handed them to Commissioner Frost (Eva Longoria) she realised Lucious (Terrence Howard) had been paying her off.
Andre (Trai Byers) decided to interfere and had sex with Frost to get her on side.
Meanwhile Tariq (Morocco Omari) located Bella but before he could tell Lucious where she was, he was fatally stabbed in the neck by Leah (Leslie Uggams).
Elsewhere Jamal (Jussie Smollett) decided to join Inferno much to Cookie’s dismay, so she conspired with Andre to sabotage the show.
The season finale is Toil and Trouble (Part 2). Lucious gets ready to launch Empire Las Vegas with Giuliana, but Cookie’s allies prepare to wreak havoc at the grand opening.
