The X Factor 2016 kicks off the live shows tonight and while the song choices are being kept tightly under wraps, new pictures of the final 12 show them following their makeovers.
Following on from the glamour shots earlier in the week, the final 12 have now had their obligatory pop star makeover but quite honestly they don’t look all that different. Maybe they already looked like pop stars in the first place?
Tonight the finalists will be singing live for the first time as they take on Express Yourself Week. It’s been announced that a special guest will join the show every weekend to spin a wheel of song themes to pick the theme for the following week.
We’ll reserve judgement about whether we think that’s a good idea or not until we see it in action tomorrow night during the results show.
Freddy Parker is said to be on vocal rest after straining his voice during rehearsals as is Emily Middlemas, who not only has vocal strain but she’s been forced to change her song last minute!
Will it be alright on the night? We’ll find out later on today!
