The first teaser has been released for the second season of MTV’s Scream TV series.
Arriving in the US on 30th May, the season will see the return of Emma (Willa Fitzgerald) and the rest of the first season survivors as another killer wreaks havoc in Lakewood. The first season came to a close with Piper (Amelia Rose Blaire) revealed as the killer and Emma’s half-sister.
In the season finale it was also revealed that Audrey (Bex Taylor-Klaus) had a connection to Piper but as to whether or not she was the accomplice we’ll have to wait to find out.
Returning stars include Bex Taylor-Klaus, Carlson Young, John Karna, Amadeus Serafini, Tracy Middendorf and Tom Maden. New cast members include Kiana Lede, Santiago Segura, Anthony Ruivivar, Austin Highsmith, Sean Grandillo, Karina Logue and Mary Katherine Duhon.
The new teaser features several of the survivors and sees them donning the Scream mask while soundbites play. A proper trailer will make its debut tomorrow night at the MTV Movie Awards.
There is no word yet when the show will make it’s arrival in the UK. The first season was released on Netflix so we’re hoping that we get it the day after the US.
