Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group decided to leave with Jesus (Tom Payne) to rescue several of his Hilltop people on the latest episode of The Walking Dead.
Their mission was compromised when a a group of Jesus’ people return from an encounter with Negan and attempt to assassinate Gregory (Xander Berkley) on his orders. Daryl (Norman Reedus) volunteered to take out Negan and rescue a hostage in exchange for half of the Hilltop’s supplies.
Elsewhere in the episode Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) was torn between his feelings for Rosita (Christian Serratos) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green).
The next episode of the season is Not Tomorrow Yet. Rick and the group realize the only way to maintain the peace of Alexandria is to fight a new enemy. This time, though, our group might be outmatched.
