Better Call Saul fan art competition launched

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has launched a competition giving fans of Better Call Saul, the prequel to the hugely popular Breaking Bad, the chance to submit an original piece of artwork to become the cover art for the Collector’s SteelBook Blu-ray of the show’s first season.

The contest will be judged by Better Call Saul creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, who will select a Grand Prize winner and two runners-up, all of whom will be awarded a signed copy of their work.

Better Call Saul: Season One, due for release later this year, shows you what happened before Saul Goodman met Walter White, when he was struggling attorney Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk). Jimmy teams up with ā€œfixerā€ Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) and begins his transformation from optimistic underdog into Albuquerqueā€™s most notorious legal legend.

Submissions will begin on 24 July with a deadline of 5 August, 2015. For guidelines and directions on how to enter please visit www.bettercallsaulfanartcontest.com/uk.

You can pre-order steelbook now exclusively on Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/Better-Call-Saul-Steelbook-Amazon-co-uk-x/dp/B012H2VTSK. Watch the video launching the competition below:
