Kim (Rhea Seehorn) put herself at breaking point on the latest episode of Better Call Saul.
During lunch with Mesa Verde, Kim bumped into Howard (Patrick Fabian) who tried to humiliate her. In retaliation she offered to pay back the cost of her law school fees but Howard refused.
Worried that Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) was struggling to make ends meet, Kim accepted a new client referred to her by Mesa Verde even though she didn’t really have the capacity to take anyone else on.
Meanwhile Jimmy staged a slip and fall con when his latest ad clients got cold feet. He also managed to make $700 by helping a man in his community service group leave early whilst retaining his hours.
Elsewhere Chuck (Michael McKean) consulted with Dr. Cruz (Clea DuVall) about his condition and he was able to go to the grocery store on his own. Howard paid him a visit to tell him there was an issue with his malpractice insurance. Nacho (Michael Mando) switched Hector’s (Mark Margolis) pills and Mike (Jonathan Banks) reported the body of one of Hector’s victims to the police before make a deal with Gus (Giancarlo Esposito).
The next episode of the season is Fall. Jimmy visits a friend and takes up an old pastime; Chuck and Hamlin argue over the future of the firm; Kim faces challenges.
