Take a BTTF DeLorean selfie at The Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall is offering you the chance to go Back to the Future on Monday – ahead of its special 30th anniversary screening of the classic film on Saturday 4 July.

Monday is DeLorean Day at the Hall: your opportunity to grab a (free) selfie with the time-travelling car, outside the iconic London venue.

Marty McFly’s time-travelling car is around from 11:30am to 5pm, and there’s no need to book: just turn up, and throw on some ‘50s-style gear if you fancy it.

Back to the Future Live takes place at 2:30pm and 7pm on Saturday 4 July, with the film screened in full as the score is played live on stage by a concert orchestra.

Lucy Noble, Director of Events at the Hall, said: “Like Marty McFly, we’ll be going 30 years back in time next month, as Back to the Future comes to the Hall for the very first time. We can’t wait to get our flux capacitors powered up for the show, especially now that composer Alan Silvestri has agreed to share 15 minutes’ worth of new music especially for the event.”

The Royal Albert Hall cannot be held responsible for any time-travel that occurs at Monday’s event!
