The Shires are back with new single Tonight following the success of their recent single Nashville Grey Skies.
Tonight is the next single to be lifted from The Shires’ as-yet-untitled debut album. It is a tale of young love that will tap into those experiences we have all had in our lives.
The Shires signed a deal with Decca just before they made their London live debut at the second annual Country 2 Country music festival earlier in the year. Since then the band have been performing alongside stars such as Cassadee Pope and Striking Matches.
For their debut album The Shires are writing with Steve McEwan (Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood) and Play Productions (Rascal Flatts) which they are currently recording in Music City to be released later in 2014.
