Maren Morris announced as UK-exclusive Sunday headliner for The Long Road Festival 2026

Global country-pop star Maren Morris has been revealed as the Sunday night headliner for the 2026 edition of The Long Road Festival, marking her only UK performance of the year. Ticket link right here.

Set to take place across the August Bank Holiday weekend (27–30 August) at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire, the festival returns for its seventh year, continuing to establish itself as the UK’s premier immersive country music experience.

Morris’ headline slot is a major coup for the festival. A multi-platinum artist with a Grammy Awards win, multiple ACM and CMA Awards, and billions of global streams, she has become one of the defining voices in modern country-pop. Known for hits like ‘My Church' and a catalogue that blends genre boundaries with ease, Morris has collaborated with artists ranging from Taylor Swift to Stevie Nicks and Hozier—cementing her reputation as both a dynamic vocalist and a fearless creative.

Festival co-founder Baylen Leonard shared his excitement about the announcement: “We couldn't be more excited to welcome the fearless and peerless Maren Morris to TLR this year! A storyteller, a mold breaker and an absolute authentic powerhouse with a catalogue of smash hits and singalong anthems that is sure to make it a night to remember. I'm sure I won't be alone in getting on someone's shoulders to wave my hands back and forth and scream sing ‘My Church!' Can't wait!”

Beyond Morris’ headline appearance, the 2026 lineup continues to grow with a diverse mix of established names and rising talent. Friday additions include The Shires, alongside Stella Prince, Harleymoon Kemp, Harper O’Neil and Chanel Yates.

Saturday’s lineup welcomes artists such as Shaylen, Simon Howard, Hayley Jensen, Chandler Walters, First Time Flyers, Emily Scott Robinson, Susto Stringband, Lizzie No, Twinnie and Dawson Anderson.

Sunday will also feature performances from Errol Linton, Knucklehead, Luca Fogale, Outpost Drive, Dan Byrne, Riley Downing, Ryan & Rory, and Jonny Morgan & The Moral Support—rounding out a weekend that promises a rich blend of country, Americana, bluegrass and roots music.

With a UK-exclusive headline set from one of the genre’s biggest global stars and a lineup packed with emerging and established talent, The Long Road Festival 2026 is shaping up to be one of the standout events of the summer.
