Mariah Carey has revealed the full details for her upcoming and long-delayed new studio album.
Previously titled The Art of Letting Go, the new album will now be called Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse and has a US release date of 27th May (we expect itāll be out on 26th May in the UK). The news was revealed on Mariahās Facebook page along with the covers of the Standard and Deluxe Editions of the album.
The reveal was accompanied by a short video explaining the meaning behind the title which comes from a drawing Mariah did when she was just three yearās old. You can see the video at the bottom of this page.

The eagle-eyed amongst you will notice that two of the Deluxe Edition tracks are new versions of album tracks from Mariahās last studio album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. Recent singles Youāre Mine (Eternal) and The Art of Letting Go are featured too as is last yearās hit #Beautiful.
