True Blood’s final season UK date confirmed

The final season to air two weeks after the US.

True Blood’s final season will premiere on Monday 7th July at 9pm on FOX in the UK it has been confirmed.

This means UK fans will only have two weeks to wait following the US transmission. The news follows hot on the heels of the latest trailer for the season which gave fans their first look at the end of True Blood.

At the end of the sixth season the life of Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) was hanging in the balance and Hep-V was running riot in Bon Temps as vampires carrying the virus descended upon Sookie (Anna Paquin) and her friends. In the final season humans and vampires are forced to work together to ensure their survival.

Tune into True Blood in the UK from Monday 7th July at 9pm on FOX to see how the final season unfolds. Will Sookie get a happy ever after?
