To celebrate Bill Hicks Lives! the 20th Anniversary Official Tribute Night on 26th February, we have a great prize up for grabs. We are offering you the chance to win a pair of tickets to the event in Camden, along with a limited edition print from artist Dan Mumford, a copy of American: The Bill Hicks Story on DVD signed by his family and the director and a limited edition t- shirt!
The event, at Dingwalls in Camden on Feb 26th, features comedians Robin Ince, Brendon Burns, Shaun Keaveny (6Music) and host Jeff Innocent hosting a celebration of the life of Bill Hicks, a comedian who has inspired Russell Brand and Bill Bailey amongst others and #4 in Channel 4’s Top 100 Stand-Up Comedians of All Time.
The night also includes music from Daniel Glover and rare clips programme from the Hicks archive (put together by makers of American: The Bill Hicks Story). The Hicks family will be joining us for this special 20th anniversary celebration and there will be an onstage interview/Q&A with Bill’s brother Steve Hicks. The event will raise funds for the Bill Hicks Wildlife Foundation and No Surrender.
