Air New Zealand is giving fans of blockbuster movie series The Hobbit the chance to celebrate with the stars at the red carpet premiere of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug in Hollywood.
The competition will give three lucky fans the chance to attend the world premiere with a friend. A fourth entrant will win a once-in-a-life-time Middle-earth experience for two in New Zealand.
Before enterting the competition fans need to watch the airline’s new video inspired by The Hobbit films. Titled Just Another Day In Middle-earth, the video shows Air New Zealand’s flight attendancts, pilots, aircraft engineers, an aircraft marshall, baggage handlers and airport staff as themselves, with a cheeky film-inspired twist, and more than 120 extras.
The video also features Kiwi Dean O’Gorman, who plays dwarf Fili, and the voice of Sylvester McCoy, The Hobbit Trilogy’s Radagast the Brown.
