Cambridge Folk Festival is delighted to reveal news of their first acts set to play at this year’s event. Lucy Rose, Willy Mason and Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman have been revealed as Thursday night’s players.
Cambridge Festival is regarded as one of Europe’s most acclaimed folk festival and this year will be it’s 49th year!! The festival continues to be a sell-out success year on year with international artists and young, emerging talent across their four stages.
The festival is renowned for its friendliness and for making everyone welcome. There is definitely something for everyone there.with street theatre, music workshops and sessions, an open stage, a youth area, internet café, kid’s ceilidh, storytelling, free creche, paddling pool and playground, real ale bars.
