Ahead of his UK tour Warren Zeiders announces new album ‘Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal’

Ahead of his upcoming February UK tour rising star Warren Zeiders has officially announced his highly anticipated album ‘Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal' set to release on March 14 via Warner Records. This two-part, 20-track project dives deep into themes of heartbreak, personal growth, and emotional healing, all delivered with Zeiders' unmistakable gritty vocals and evocative storytelling.

A Gritty Journey Through Heartbreak and Healing

Produced by Ross Copperman (Old Dominion, Tyler Hubbard), Mike Elizondo (U2, Ed Sheeran), and Zeiders himself, the album features contributions from some of the industry’s top songwriters and instrumentalists. Collaborators include Connor McDonough, Ali Tamposi, Mark Holman, Feli Ferraro, and instrumentalists like Craig Young and Aaron Sterling. Together, they craft a musical experience that is both raw and cathartic.

Latest Single: “Can A Heart Take”

The latest single from the album, ‘Can A Heart Take,' offers an emotionally charged exploration of heartbreak. Co-written by Randy Montana, Ross Copperman, Ryan Beaver, and Zeiders, the song repeatedly asks, “How much pain can a heart take?” This haunting question reverberates alongside powerful, guitar-driven vocals, creating a track that lingers long after it ends. Fans can listen to ‘Can A Heart Take' here.

The Inspiration Behind the Album

Zeiders, a former college athlete turned country music sensation, took a deeply personal approach to crafting ‘Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal.' Reflecting on the whirlwind of his rapid rise to fame, the album captures his mental and emotional journey through love, loss, and gratitude. From the introspection of ‘You For A Reason' and ‘Withdrawal' to the fiery anthems ‘Bad' and ‘Take It To The Grave,' each song explores the fleeting and complex nature of love. Tracks like ‘Crying Whiskey' and ‘Lies' provide counterpoints with their bold, rebellious energy, while ‘Everything Comes To Go Away' brings a pensive depth to the album’s exploration of emotional highs and lows.

A Breakthrough Year and Exciting Year Ahead

Zeiders’ announcement follows a breakthrough 2024, during which he achieved his first No. 1 single with ‘Pretty Little Poison' and won CMT’s Breakthrough Male Video of the Year. His fall release ‘Relapse' a 10-track precursor to the new album, was lauded by Billboard as a “heart-shattering arc” and featured rock-tinged hits like the People’s Choice-nominated track ‘Betrayal.' He capped off the year with a 35+ date stint supporting Jelly Roll on The Beautifully Broken Tour and landed seven spots on Billboard’s year-end charts.

In 2025, Zeiders shows no signs of slowing down. After a string of UK dates he will take the stage at the prestigious New Faces of Country Music showcase during the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville next month, joining rising stars like Drew Baldridge and Ashley Cooke. He will also headline the Houston Livestock and Rodeo in March and kick off his 23-date Relapse Tour across major cities like Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte.
