Leigh-Anne has released her new track “Stealin' Love”, the first from her upcoming collection of songs.
A heartfelt R&B track, “Stealin' Love” showcases Leigh-Anne's raw and honest side. The song was produced by Ian Kirkpatrick (Dua Lipa) and written by Leigh-Anne with collaborators Jermaine Jackson, Philip Plested and RØMANS. Take a listen to the song below:
Talking about the track, Leigh-Anne explains: “'Stealin’ Love' speaks to those times when you feel like you are pouring so much love into someone and not getting what you need back. I think it’s incredibly powerful to be open and honest about these moments.”
Recently, Leigh-Anne confirmed on social media that she would be releasing a collection of songs ahead of her debut solo album. At the time she shared: “I’ve been writing & recording so much working on my album but while making it, I’ve made a collection of songs that fit together in their own world. The first song is coming next week and then I’ll be sharing more new music in the following weeks. Sh*t’s about to get very real…”
‘Stealin’ Love’ follows on from the garage-infused “Don’t Say Love” and the Ayra Starr assisted “My Love'. As a solo artist Leigh-Anne has amassed more than 60 million global streams and scored two Top 40 singles.
