Fresh off his first-ever UK headlining tour with multiple sold-out dates, country-rock artist Corey Kent has released his latest single, ‘Girl I Never Met.' The song, available now, delivers a high-energy blend of country and rock, telling the story of heartbreak so painful that the narrator wishes he had never met his ex in the first place.
Written by Kent alongside Casey Brown, Jordan Minton, and Travis Wood, the track embodies Kent’s signature driving sound, packed with emotion and raw energy.
“It sounds like rock n’ roll. It feels like country heartbreak. It’s not the one that got away… this is about wishing you never met ‘em in the first place,” Kent shared about the song’s meaning.
In addition to the release of “Girl I Never Met,” Kent is hitting the road for the 2025 leg of his headlining Black Bandana Tour. Starting in April, he will also join Jon Pardi as an opener on the Honkytonk Hollywood Tour and open for Morgan Wallen on select dates during Wallen’s I’m The Problem Tour.
