Jake Worthington releases gorgeous new ‘Not Like I Used To’ & announces tour with Zach Top

Texas country artist Jake Worthington has shared his latest single, ‘Not Like I Used To,' a tender new ballad steeped in classic steel guitar and fiddle. The track continues Worthington’s dedication to traditional country sounds and heartfelt storytelling.

Co-written with Monty Criswell and Derek George, the song reflects on a love lost and the fading memories of someone once deeply known. The release is accompanied by striking cover art, a portrait taken by country icon and recent collaborator Marty Stuart.

‘Not Like I Used To' marks the fourth release from Worthington’s upcoming project and follows the success of his recent single ‘It Ain’t The Whiskey,' which has amassed over 40 million streams. Worthington also teamed up with Stuart earlier this year for ‘I'm The One' and with Miranda Lambert for last fall’s duet ‘Hello Shitty Day.'

Following a strong showing at CMA Fest, where Billboard praised his “twangy, authentic traditionalism,” Worthington is set to join Zach Top as direct support on the Cold Beer & Country Music Tour this fall, with performances at major venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Fans can also catch him on the road with Jon Pardi and during his own Texas Two Step tour. For full tour details, visit jakeworthington.com.
